1. Compliance Associate Officer 

Responsibilities:
* Quality Management (QMS): Co-ordinate with consultancy service for setting and implementing QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
* Environment: Co-ordinate with consultancy service for implementing ISO 14001:2015, and Higg FEM Module standards.
* Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Ensure compliance with Amfori BSCI standards and with legal regulations and industry-specific guidelines.
* Process Improvement: Develop and oversee administrative procedures and systems, identifying and implementing process improvements.
* In charge of some duties relating to Administrative and Personnel. 
 
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and ISO system assessments within a production environment, preferably in the garment industry.
* Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

4. Garment Technician
Responsibilities:
* Implement sewing processes, techniques with correct workmanship and materials.
* Responsible for developing new samples as customer requirements in terms of workmanship, aesthetic, specification, measurement as technical pack and achieve optimal productivity for bulk production.
* Propose solutions to Department heads for changes in workmanship, specification, and technical details to achieve the most optimal quality and time.
* Coordinate with relevant Departments, Line leaders and Superviors to ensure quality, productivity and resolve arising problems.
* Report sample implementation plan, sample completion date to the Department Head.
* Other jobs related to production activities.
Qualification:
* Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. ·Minimum 3 years of experience in garment sewing technique, preferable in swimwear or lingeries.
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

5. CAD & Pattern Development staff (CAD staff)
 
Responsibilities:
* Create pattern based on requested measurement tables and edit pattern to meet customer’s requirement.
* Optimizing the correct fit according to first fittings.
* Create and edit grading with computer-assisted software.
* Create measurement tables.
Qualification:
* At least 2 year experience as a CAD and Pattern development staff in the field of swimwear or underwear, lingerie.
* Safe handling of CAD programs, preferable software Optitex
* Knowledge of industrial processing and sewing technique are preferable.
* Good English

6. Sewing Machine Mechanic
Requirements:
 
*Minimum of 3 years of experience in the garment industry is required, with priority given to candidates experienced in repairing sewing machines for the following products:
- Swimwear
- Lingerie
- Stretch knit products
 
*Knowledge and proficient repair skills for stretch knit overlock machines.
*Knowledge and proficient repair skills for double chain stitch machines.

7. Export & Country Representative Asia (Sales Staff)
Responsibilities:
* Implement the Company's sales plan.
* Approach new customers for wholesales orders and expand market share local and export.
* Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
* Market research on products, prices, competitors, etc.
* Set up product promotion channels such as Facebook, Email Marketing.
* Collaborate with the parent company for product development and pricing strategies
Qualification:
* College graduate in Business, Marketing or related fields
* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales relating to garment industry.
* Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
* Computer skill for MS OFFICE (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong sales, customer services, communication and sales skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Candidates residence in Ho Chi Minh City are preferred.
